Product return procedure

A) Product under warranty

  • The return of the product must be made to the following address: Kayaworld LTD, 8 Ali Building Business Centre, Triq il-Masgar, Qormi QRM 3201. It must be accompanied by a regular delivery note highlighting the data on the purchase invoice, adding "defective product return" as the reason for payment.
  • The product can be replaced no later than 8 days from the date of purchase, after which period it must be returned by the customer for repair under warranty.
  • The product is guaranteed for 12 months only for damages attributable to manufacturing defects.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all the accessories supplied and taking great care of the packaging, in order to avoid further damage during transport.
  • Download and fill out this RETURN OF GOODS form awaiting our approval.
  • The assistance center will examine the product and assess the nature of the fault, authorizing any replacement.
  • If no defects are found or the product is not under warranty (please note that the warranty is void if the products show obvious tampering and/or have been affected by power surges, short circuits, etc.) the latter is returned to the customer in port assigned and a regular invoice is issued for the hours spent on the verification.

B) Product out of warranty

  • The return of the product must be made to the following address: Kayaworld LTD, 8 Ali Building Business Centre, Triq il-Masgar, Qormi QRM 3201.
  • It must be accompanied by a regular delivery note highlighting the data on the purchase invoice, adding "material under repair" as the reason for payment.
  • Download and fill out this RETURN OF GOODS form awaiting our approval.
  • The assistance center will examine the faulty product and draw up a cost estimate for the repair.
