It can be used for any type of soldering work, tools, copper, tin and other solderable metals.
- Establishes an electrically well conductive solder connection between components and solder pads
- Solder paste is applied to the solder surfaces of printed circuit boards. The components to be soldered are then pressed into the paste on the PCB.
- The subsequent soldering process causes the solder paste particles to fuse with the circuitry and component contacts.
- The melting process is facilitated by the flux which reduces the surface tension.
